Our Flavor of the Month for August is S’mores.  This is a new flavor for Uncle Rays. We set out to capture the taste and memories of summertime sitting around a campfire warming marshmallows to a critical stage of  melt and brown before it burst into flames.

Our S’mores is a hand-crafted blend of our super premium (15% butter fat) vanilla and marshmallow ice cream. Then we gently swirl in ribbons of chocolate Mackinac Island fudge and pieces of graham cracker.

It’s also available at our front and drive-up windows in pints and scoops for cones, shakes and sundaes. Enjoy!
