Uncle Ray's Dairyland began making frozen yogurt pies and ice cream cakes more than forty years ago. They were hand crafted, baked, and decorated by MaryAlice Durant, Dave and Todd's mother. The pies and cakes quickly became favorite treats for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and holidays.
It was not long and the word was out. They quickly began garnering local and regional awards because there wasn't anything like them in the area. We are still winning awards for both our frozen yogurt pies and Uncle Ray's super premium ice cream cakes.

- 0ur graham cracker shell starts with a layer of creamy fudge and a generous layer of crushed Snickers pieces
- next, we load on a layer of chocolate and vanilla yogurt gently blended with caramel, fudge topping and more Snickers.
- the center is a delicious and gooey caramel topping
- then we repeat for a final layer on top with fudge and Snickers and eight nice dollops of whipped cream
… and it’s ready to go.
