Uncle Ray's Dairyland began making frozen yogurt pies and ice cream cakes more than forty years ago. They were hand crafted, baked, and decorated by MaryAlice Durant, Dave and Todd's mother. The pies and cakes quickly became favorite treats for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and holidays.
It was not long and the word was out. They quickly began garnering local and regional awards because there wasn't anything like them in the area. We are still winning awards for both our frozen yogurt pies and Uncle Ray's super premium ice cream cakes.
